The people of Rotary are active, helpful, compassionate and fun. Our club is incredibly active in community service in our local communities as well as projects around the globe. We celebrated our 100th Anniversary as a Rotary Club on October 1, 2022, with an event in downtown Glens Falls. A day of pride for all Rotarians. All of our Glens Falls Rotary Club members work to represent the highest ideals through its service-oriented programs both at home and abroad. Our club meets on the first and third Thursday at twelve noon, at the Queensbury Hotel, 88 Ridge Street in downtown Glens Falls, and offers our members and guests a high level of community engagement. To join your own energy with the goodwill of the 1.4 million Rotary members around the globe, join the club, lend a hand on one of our service projects, or donate to one of the causes we support.
OUR MISSION
To serve the needs of the LGBTQ community in the greater Glens Falls/lower Adirondack region.
OUR HISTORY
The Bridge was founded by LGBTQ activist Andrea Adams in March 2006. She passed away in 2015, but a group of board members continued her work, organizing June PRIDE events in Crandall Park for many years. Now the group is revitalized, and seeking new volunteers to carry the torch forward.
The Lake George Regional Convention & Visitor's Bureau is a division of the Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce & CVB and works as an extension of the Warren County Tourism Department. While the Tourism Department markets Warren County to the leisure consumer tourism market, the mission of the LGRCVB is to bring year-round, weatherproof group business to Warren County in the form of meetings, conventions, reunions, sporting events, weddings and more.

Queensbury NY is one of the most vibrant and beautiful towns in New York State!
Located at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in Warren County on the shores of Lake George, Queensbury NY was once a popular hunting and fishing area for the Iroquois. Today, Queensbury continues to offer a tremendous amount of recreation opportunities for people of all ages.
Queensbury’s spectacular scenery draws thousands of tourists each year! The Town is noted for its amusement parks, golf courses, downhill and cross-country ski trails. The Warren County Bike Path runs from Lake George through Queensbury to Glens Falls and is a gem of the area. The many local lakes, like Glen Lake, offer easy access to water for swimming, canoeing and boating.
In addition to wonderful recreation activities and fabulous scenery, Queensbury NY is the home to many businesses in a variety of industries. In particular, the medical device manufacturing industry has a significant presence in the Town.
