Alchemy Bagel Cafe is a small wholesale and retail bagel shop and bakery, based out of The Shirt Factory in Glens Falls. We are a young husband and wife team bringing our experiences in sustainable agriculture and classical pastry training, to showcase the flavors of the region in our bagels, breads, and unique confections. Our products are always baked fresh every day, using our own recipes and fresh ingredients.
