Northern Rivers Family of Services

The Foster Family program at Northern Rivers provides foster, kinship, and preadoptive foster homes for children requiring out-of-home placement from birth through age 21. As members of a nationally accredited agency, Northern Rivers offers foster parents extensive training as well as a supportive network of other foster families and foster care professionals dedicated to their success. A proud partner with many communities throughout upstate New York, Northern Rivers has offices in Albany, Binghamton, Gloversville, Herkimer, Hudson, Queensbury, and Schenectady, ensuring local support for our foster families in more than a 20-county service area.
